We seen an ad on Auto Trader for a 2015 Town and Country and although we are in London we decided to take a chance anyway. We are sooo happy we did. I don't normally do reviews, but I just had to share my experience with Julian. I had been looking for a used car for just over a month, and was being extra cautious as my husband and I had been duped years ago by a dealership. Zero to 100 Fine Motors was my last appointment for the day and by then I was running late. Julian hang around to meet with me, never once made me feel like I was holding him up, was completely honest about everything, and was extremely patient when I couldn't make up my mind right away on which vehicle I wanted. Now 8 mths later what I have to thank Julian for even more is I ended up having an issue with the tires being faulty, not a 100% sure what type of response I would get, (nobody believed I would get a response at all, but I was pretty sure) I texted Julian, he told me to stop by and then 2 days later I brought it back and he replaced all 4 tires. If I could give him a 10 star I would. I recommend him to anyone who's looking for a used car.
