I've been looking for a used car with all the bells and whistles for months, at a reasonable price. I found Zero to 100 Fine Motors on Autotrader. Because they are not a large dealership I had my reservations, but I was impressed by all the favourable reviews, and they had the car I was looking for. It was a pleasure to deal with Julian, who provided me with the entire history about the car and answered all of my question with patience and without any pressure. I ended up purchasing a 2017 Acura TLX in beautiful condition at an extremely competitive and affordable price. But besides that, Julian went above and beyond to make sure I was totally satisfied with my purchase and included some add-ins. If you're looking for a fancy dealership with a cappuccino maker and salesmen in suits, this isn't it. Julian’s customer service is A+. He was very honest and showed me any work done to the car previously and gave such good advice when I couldn’t decide which vehicle to purchase. A few months later, we realized in the summer that there was a minor leak that caused the AC to not cool, Julian took care of the issue by finding a reliable technician to work on it. I truly felt very cared for throughout the whole process.

The sales person happened to also be the owner and he was very sweet and humble, he did not push us for the sale but instead worked with our budget for the car that we liked. He was very patient with us while we went back and forth with our decision of buying a car that day. He was incredibly professional and a gentleman. Every time, he noticed we want to have a family talk without him, he gave us space so we can talk this over, before we even asked him. I was highly impressed by him and would recommend Zero to 100 to all of my family and friends.

I never buy cars from small dealerships because I’m always skeptical about how safe the car is. I met with Julian who was this young, but very professional guy who was just so honest and showed me all the work done to the car and took the time to explain everything to me.
