I always consider the dealer as dishonest and greedy people. But meeting with Julian remind me that even though most apples are spoiled there is still some awesome and healthy one in the dealership world. Julian is the most honest used car dealer in that universe. He delivered what he promised along with great after sales service. Julian made my buying experience, a memorable one. we went to the dealership for buying Elantra 2013 in great condition with low mileage. Right from beginning, Julian shows what was replaced and even disclosed pictures of the accident and the original estimate cost. I have to get the car licensed for my wife in Quebec, but we all know how picky the Quebec people are...they start asking many additional inspections because the car has been bought from another province. Despite the fact that Julian has no responsibility in that situation, he helped us out with additional inspection and verification costs and really helped me by giving us a rental car for literally a week at his expense. After 03 week we still not getting an appointment set up for Quebec final inspection and Julian propose us to fully refund the money and when we get appointment from SAAQ Quebec, we can come pick up again if the car still available. He gave us back spontaneously the full refund. This is a phenomenal customer service. His quality of customer service is above and beyond! I am waiting him to find me my next car, I highly recommend zero to 100 fine motors and Julien to the general public, family and friends.
